We provide aftercare services to empower our clients with the resources and training necessary to maximize their online efforts. Whether you are wanting to manage the site internally, or would like us to do it for you, we have a few options that will ease the new website transition, and ensure you get the most out of your online presence as a whole.

We have three approaches to life after creation: Month-to-MonthAnnual Contract, and Train & Handoff. Check out the details of each service listed below to see which will be a good fit for you and your organization.

 
 

Month-to-Month

Support without a daunting contract

If you are still wanting the extra security of having us manage your site, or just aren't ready to go through training yourself, you can pay month to month for our support & management services.

EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED

ANNUAL CONTRACT

The contract is for the organization that knows they want to make sure everything is completely taken care of for them. This aftercare option includes everything listed in the month to month service at a discounted rate.

HANDS FREE, WORRY FREE SUPPORT

Site Hosting will be set-up through a qualified provider. Our aftercare services include website hosting, management, updates, real-time metrics/analytics, and support by The Focals staff. If at anytime you wish to take over the management of the site, we can set up a training session, and get everything handed over to you. Each month includes dedicated hours of design, and update support. On top of that, we configure all server settings, and constantly optimize your site for SEO practice (Search Engine Optimization).

 
 

TRAIN & HANDOFF

Our goal is to set businesses up with the tools and knowledge to successfully operate their own website. This allows for longterm costs to stay low, while the business has complete control over their online presence.

The "Train & Handoff" includes training of the website’s administrative platform. This includes training of all aspects of the final design. We provide a number of resources that help make this a seamless transition. The customer will be shown how to access and manage their website. Training is typically one 4-hour session with authorized training staff.

We know how hard it can be to learn a new system, so we typically incorporate a few months of additional "guided" support. This gives you some time to get comfortable managing and updating your site with the safety knowing that The Focals staff is still involved and ready to help when/if needed. During this overlap period, you are free to ask questions and for help related to the website build.

We will provide all of the files, access to accounts, and information used in the creation and management of your website. We pride ourselves on being able to hand the keys over 100% to the customer. This way you are not stuck with us in the long run. With that being said,  there are a couple other aftercare options that do center around more long term, and involved support (see "Month to Month" & "Annual Contract" below).
